Default Couples Having Less Sex, Related To Digital Life?

Couples Having Less Sex, Related To Digital Life?

Excerpt: Fewer than half of men and women have sex at least once a week, the researchers found. Overall , the proportion of women reporting having sex 10 times or more in the past month fell from 20.6% in 2001 to 13.2% in 2012. Among the men, that figure went from 20.2% in 2001 to 14.4% in 2012.

Overall, more than 29% of both men and women in 2012 said they did not have sex in the past month, compared with 23% of women and 26% of men in 2001.

Prof Kaye Wellings and the team who carried out the research pointed to two events that coincided with the decline and could possibly be important – the introduction of the iPhone in 2007 and the global recession of 2008.

The real question is what sites are these people visiting that is leading to less sex with their loved one?

Most likely... pornography!
