What Is The Human Capital Index?

Human capital is a collection of traits – all the knowledge, talents, skills, abilities, experience, intelligence, training, judgment, and wisdom possessed individually and collectively by individuals in a population. These resources are the total capacity of the people that represents a form of wealth which can be directed to accomplish the goals of the nation or state or a portion thereof.

- Wikipedia

...World Bank published the Human Capital Index (HCI) as a measurement of economic success. The Index ranks countries according to how much is invested in education and health care for young people.[25] The World Bank's 2019 World Development Report on The Changing Nature of Work[26] showcases the Index and explains its importance given the impact of technology on labor markets and the future of work.

Basically when a global body; such as the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund looks at a nation they can break it down mathematically using the Human Capital Index formula.

Why? This formula indicates how much "potential" a nation is currently using in developing itself towards globalist goals and how much more it has to go in order to be fully developed... once again as compared to the goals of globalist development criteria as opposed to the criteria of the sovereign nation itself... meaning it is being developed by its own hand under the stewardship of globalists.

This formula indicates how much a generation may fall short of their "full potential" as compared to globalist ideals.

So we can see that health, education, and employment is key. But we must acknowledge that what the globalists deem as healthy (LGBTQ lifestyle), education (social engineering), and employment (to be replaced by robotics/AI) is a ruse to simply encapsulate these sovereign nations and their people within a system where all people will become dependent upon it. This of course takes time but once the renaissance is over the dependency will become much more strict... from Universal Basic Income to regulating what we eat and wear.

You see... these formulas that these globalists use are simply a way to get people to become a part of the banking system, to get identical schooling, to ultimately look and think alike across all borders.

It all sounds good on face value but the long term goals of globalists is not friendly at all.
